ST-001 for Pancreatic & Breast Cancer
ST-001 delivers paclitaxel chemotherapy and sonodynamic therapy via a Rose Bengal sonosensitiser.
ST-001 (at a 14% paclitaxel dose), significantly reduced tumour growth and increased survival in a model of pancreatic cancer, with no adverse effects (Wright et al., 2026)
ST-00 + ICI for Metastatic Disease
ST-00 delivers sonodynamic therapy alone and elicits a strong anti-tumour response at both the target and non-target tumour (an 'abscopal' effect).
The effect of an anti-PDL-1 ICI at both target and non-target was significantly enhanced by the coadministration of ST-00. Analysis of tumour tissues confirmed immune system engagement and the potential to treat metastatic disease. (Nesbitt et al., 2021)
ST-002 for Prostate Cancer
ST-002 delivers a combination of docetaxel chemotherapy and sonodynamic therapy via a Rose Bengal sonosensitiser.
ST-002 (at a 10% docetaxel dose) was highly effective against both androgen sensitive and androgen resistant models of prostate cancer with no adverse effects. (McKaig et al., 2023)
